a. Log in to the customer information management page, self-edit, or delete customer information.
b. Leave comments or send feedback directly from the Platform: Infofull.net will verify information and contact the customer to confirm and edit/delete customer information when the information has been fully verified and is accurate.
6.2 In addition to exercising the rights regarding personal information already established on the Platform as mentioned in point 6.1, for other rights, customers can send requests in writing to the email to specify specific requests. Upon receiving the customer’s request, Infofull.net informs the customer to consider limitations, consequences, and potential damage that may occur if the customer’s request is implemented before proceeding with that request.
7 Unintended Consequences and Damages When Processing Personal Information: 7.1 Consequences: Personal information disclosed to other entities without the customer’s consent, or third parties may access personal information and use it for purposes not approved by the customer.
7.2 Unintended damages may occur: loss of property, or the customer’s dignity and reputation being violated.
7.3 Other consequences, damages that Infofull.net cannot foresee due to objective reasons.
8 General provisions: Infofull.net has the right to amend, update this Policy at any time as necessary. The updated version will be published on the Platform and will be dated for customer identification of the latest version.
