Qualcomm QM215 is a cheap processor, specialized for smartphones running Android Go that does not require high configuration.
Qualcomm QM215 chip is again related to Snapdragon 410 and 425. Qualcomm QM215 will use a quad-core CPU (most likely Cortex-A53) clocked at 1.3 GHz and a GPU clocked at 650 MHz. It is not yet clear whether this chip will be manufactured on a 28nm process such as Snapdragon 410/425 or a more modern process.
