Prepare:

• iPhone or iPad: Here I use iPhone 6S.
• Lightning connector cable.
• Computer with iTunes pre-installed with the latest version.

Step 1: First you connect your phone to the computer.

Step 2: Turn off the device power completely, you need to wait for the device to turn off completely

Step 3: When the phone is completely turned off, you will press and hold the “Power + Home” keys for about 10 seconds at the same time> Release the “Power” key but still hold “Home”.

Note: At this point your phone screen is still dark does not show any icons at all, that you are operating properly.

Step 4: You will hold “Home” for a few seconds until iTunes on the computer receives your phone.

Here you will proceed to restore, run the program as usual.
