Honor Play 9A has a 6.3-inch LCD screen on the front with HD + resolution, 20: 9 aspect ratio. The edge of the screen has a waterdrop-style notch to accommodate the 8 MP selfie camera with Full HD video recording capability.

The back of Honor Play 9A is a dual camera set contained in a rectangular module along with an LED flash. In particular, the main camera has a resolution of 13 MP (aperture F / 1.8) with the ability to record Full HD videos. Next to it is a 2 MP depth sensor for portrait photography. In addition, next to the camera module is a circular fingerprint sensor.

Honor Play 9A is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 processor (8 cores Cortex-A53 + GPU PowerVR GE8320). It is paired with 4 GB RAM and runs Android 10 with a Magic UI 3.0.1 interface.

In terms of pricing, the Honor Play 9A is now available to order on vmall.com in China. The selling price of the 64 GB version will be 900 Yuan, the 128 GB version will cost 1,200 Yuan. It is available in colors like Night Black, Blue Emerald and Jasper Green. However, it is unclear whether Honor Play 9A will reach international markets.
