The Honor View 30 and Honor View 30 Pro were launched at the end of 2019 in China, but only in late February did they see a global launch. And when we say ‘global’ we mean ‘in select countries’, as the rollout seems quite limited at this time.
The two Honor View 30 and Honor View 30 Pro phones have a lot going for them, including 5G support, high-end power, and triple-lens rear cameras. Being Honor phones they’re also likely to undercut most similar spec handsets from other brands, though exact prices and availability are still to be confirmed.
Honor View 30 features Kirin 990 processor chip, 6.57 inch LCD screen Full HD +, quite similar camera Galaxy S10 +, inside contains 32MP main camera and ultra-wide angle camera 8MP.
The battery capacity of Honor View 30 is 4,200 mAh, while View 30 Pro is 4,100 mAh. Both are equipped with 40W fast charging and wireless charging, the Pro version supports wireless fast charging up to 27W.
Camera specifications of the two phones are also quite similar to the rear 3 camera cluster. On the View 30, the camera’s basic specifications are the same, the main camera has an aperture of f / 1.7 and abandon OIS.
On the View 30 Pro, we have the main Sony IMX 600 40MP f / 1.6 RYYB camera with optical stabilization. (OIS), an ultra-wide 12MP camera that supports AI and pixel pixels, and finally a 3x 8MP telephoto camera (with 5x hybrid zoom).
Two new Honor smartphones run Android 10 with a Magic UI 3.0.1 interface, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, GPU Turbo 4.0, USB-C port and no 3.5mm jack.
The colors of the device include Galaxy Black, Icalandic Frost, Phantom Blue and Twilight Orange.
