Huawei Mate Xs is equipped with the latest Kirin 990 5G processor developed by Huawei itself. According to the company, the new chip will have a CPU performance increase of about 23%, a GPU increase of 39% and an NPU increase of 460%, promising to help Huawei’s new device to achieve the most powerful performance ever.
In addition, the new generation of 5G connectivity will make the Mate Xs compatible with many 5G bands, for faster transfer rates than the current 5G-enabled smartphone.
The machine has only one version with 8 GB RAM, 512 GB memory only and no other memory options. The cooling system on the Mate Xs is improved to prevent the device from heating up, keeping the performance stable when running heavy tasks, playing games with 3D graphics.
The battery parameters remain the same as 4,500 mAh as on the Mate X, comes with 55W SuperCharge fast charging, so the Mate Xs can charge from 0% to 85% in just 30 minutes.
Huawei Mate Xs is equipped with a cluster of 4 cameras on the back, including: a 40 MP wide-angle RYYB main camera, f / 1.8 aperture, an 8 MP telephoto lens with f / 2.4 aperture, an ultra-wide 16 MP camera , f / 2.2 and finally 3D ToF sensors, with Leica camera technology.
