On the front, Huawei MatePad owns a 10.4 inch IPS screen, 2K resolution, quite thin bezels curved at 4 corners and the body is finished from aluminum with 2 colors White and Blue.
The new Huawei MatePad tablet has a total of two color variants of white and gray. The Huawei tablet sports a 10.4-inch full-screen. For children and teenagers, the Huawei MatePad screen has professional eye protection capabilities. There are also special eye protection settings.
In terms of hardware configuration, it comes with the Kirin 810 chip that adopts 7-nanometer process technology. So it can smoothly run large-scale applications and various tasks. The Kirin 810 is the first chip that uses Huawei’s self-developed Da Vinci architecture NPU. The latter can intelligently perform scene recognition, story collection, image recognition when shopping, calorie recognition, etc.
It has support for HUAWEI M-Pencil for Graffiti painting, document processing, class notes, but needs to be purchased separately. Coming to the optics, the MatePad sports an 8MP rear and front cameras. The connectivity options include Dual-Band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and 4G LTE. Lastly, it packs a 7250mAh battery and weighs 450 grams.
