Huawei P40 Pro, Huawei will launch the Huawei P40-series smartphone series on March 26. Although the P40 Lite was released, this is just a mid-range product, while there are still many other high-end models, including Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro Premium Edition (PE).
Next year, Huawei may give users a small surprise when equipping the flagship P40 Pro with a tablet-shaped “punched” screen with the location of a dual selfie camera cluster in the top left corner. In addition, leaked images show that the successor to the P30 Pro will feature a unique curved edge design, meaning that all sides of the screen will be subtly curved.
Implementing this style requires a completely new frame design, completely hiding the corners and securing the screen. The frame is also expected to play an important role in protecting the front of the phone because it will create weaknesses on each corner – where it is impacted by a drop.
The screen size is currently not disclosed although rumors suggest Huawei is planning to increase the screen size from 6.5 inches to 6.7 inches. However, the presence of the top and bottom curved edges means that the size of the phone will not change much.
The exact camera specifications have yet to be leaked, but Huawei is understood to be planning an impressive Penta camera layout. To the left of the module is the main sensor, ultra wide-angle camera and a periscope camera (10x optical zoom allowed).
In terms of specifications, it is almost certain that Huawei P40 Pro will be powered by Kirin 990 5G chipset along with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory or 12GB of RAM / 256GB of RAM.
In addition, this smartphone will be pre-installed with Android 10 operating system and EMUI 10 interface. However, technology experts are still not sure that Google’s services and applications will appear on the Huawei P40 series. because the US government trade ban is still in place.
