Xiaomi Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G both have 6.57-inch Samsung AMOLED displays with Full HD + resolution, support HDR10, brightness at 800 nits, and there’s a fingerprint sensor hidden under the screen.
Both smartphones use the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 820 5G chip. Wang Teng, Product Manager of Redmi, said that the company partnered with MediaTek to optimize on-chip performance, so it achieved a score of 415,672 on AnTuTu.
Both smartphones support 5G + 5G standby mode, which means it supports simultaneous use of 5G on both SIM slots at the same time. The two smartphones are also equipped with LPDDR4X RAM up to 8 GB and internal memory up to 256 GB.
Regarding the camera, the Redmi 10X 5G comes with a 3-camera setup including a 48 MP main camera, 8 MP wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front, it is equipped with a 16 MP camera for selfies.
Coming to the Redmi 10X Pro 5G variant, the device has a 4-camera setup including a 48 MP main sensor, an 8 MP lens that supports 30x digital zoom, an 8 MP wide-angle lens, and a 5 MP macro camera. On the front, the device is equipped with a 20 MP selfie camera.
Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro 5G run Android 10 operating system along with the latest MIUI 12 customized user interface. Both are powered by a 4,520 mAh battery, but the Redmi 10X 5G model supports 22.5W fast charging while the Pro model supports 33W fast charging.
